Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll get a tracking email once your order ships. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to go live.

Rates and delivery times

Delivery estimates start after processing, not at checkout.

We ship internationally. Import duties and taxes are the customer's responsibility and aren't included in your order total.

Delays

Weather, carrier backlogs, and customs can cause delays outside our control. We'll help you track a late package, but we can't guarantee delivery dates once it's with the carrier.

Wrong addresses

Please double-check your address at checkout — we're not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address. If a package comes back to us, we'll reship it once you cover the additional shipping.

Lost or damaged packages

Email support@geekria.com if your tracking hasn't updated in 7 business days, or within 7 days of delivery if your order arrived damaged (photos help). We do not cover packages marked delivered but reported missing.
